Kinder Farm Park

Posted on June 30, 2019June 30, 2019

Kinder farm park is one of my favorite quick visit parks. While I could spend hours wandering the paths in the woods, one of my absolutely favorite things to do is go visit the farm animals. They have several different types – goats, cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, turkeys, even quail and bunnies!

Goats playing in the late morning sun.

Exploring further in, beyond the animal yards, you can find a haunted bamboo forest near Bunk’s Pond. I swear every time I go into that place it sounds like someone else is shuffling around (and I know I’m alone!).

Bamboo forest is to the left – I’m always too scared to go in by myself!
